Overall a great experience. Very happy with the item purchased.

I contacted the auction house about the description of 3 daguerreotypes-incorrectly described as half plate images. They admitted an error was made but did not update the listing-even with a 2nd contact by myself. I bid against others who thought the images were much larger and I feel I overpaid as a result-the price would not have been driven up to 1, 100 USD is all bidders knew they were in fact quarter plates.

This auction house goes overboard to assist you in every way. I highly recommend them.

The two carpets I purchased were not as characterized in their descriptions. One carpet was basically trash not worth the shipping that I paid for it and the other carpet have been badly urine damage by dogs It has also been cut down altered. Both were not describe to be in such irreparable states of condition.

The pottery piece I really wanted was obviously repaired. The shipping was very expensive through the 1 shipper they use. I emailed and told them the piece was repaired and received no reply.

My item arrived broken. It was a lot of money to get it shipped and I question the accuracy. The pictures do not show the poor condition of the items.

The auction house i would highly recommend. The shippers I presume have cartelized and that's very dissatisfying. The quotes are high and you are trapped.

Shipping sales tax for out of state is not appropriate. Will think twice next time. Uncooperative and tainted process

Two experiences with this auction house confirm that they have little control of their designated shippers, The first item I purchased from them took six months to reach me and the second item took two months despite repeated calls to the auction house as well as the shipper. Customer service appears to be an alien concept to these people.
