.577-450. 33" barrel. SN: A5140. Blued finish, iron furniture, walnut stock and forend. Single shot breechloading military rifle with incorrect replaced rear sight, Barleycorn front sight, saber bayonet lug on upper barrel band, sling swivels and a trumpet head cleaning and clearing rod. Standard Enfield markings on receiver, dated 1885 and with the model marking II over 2. Bore has been smoothed and measures about .47 caliber at the muzzle. The gun is not chambered for .410, 16 or 12 gauge shots shell. {ANTIQUE}

Good as refurbished. Bore is smooth with no rifling and mostly bright. Metal with some of the thinning and fading arsenal applied refurbishment blue. Markings partially legible, weak from refinishing. Mechanically functional action. Wood with moderate wear, numerous bumps, dings, nicks, chips and mars.
