Neill, "History of the Virginia Company of London, with Letters to and from the First Colony, Never Before Printed", 1869, Joel Munsell, Albany, NY, presumed first edition, marbled boards with leather corners, remnants of leather spine covered by later brown tape reinforcement, engraved portrait frontispiece "POCAHONTAS", early library bookplate to front endpaper.
Fair condition overall, significant wear to boards/corners, including losses to corners, spine with losses, and covered by tape reinforcement as described, front board, endpapers, and frontispiece detached from binding but secured by the tape to spine, some moisture stains, including along spine-edge of title page and preceding pages, some foxing/staining, expected toning, still very legible.
