You purchased in our September 22, 2023 auction. The lot has since gone to the UPS store for shipping. Not sure how this is a "disaster".

Your accounting of this incident is quite entertaining. The owner did not agree with you, nor did our specialist. As I stated when you were here, if we make a mistake, we honor that mistake through our catalogue guarantee. There was no mistake here. You simply did not like our answer. You then began cursing and insulting not only the consignor, but our auction house. Your audacity is unfathomable. For that you are no longer invited to bid with Jeffrey S. Evans & Associates. Auction houses beware!

So sorry you feel your experience with Jeffrey S. Evans & Associates has been "unfortunate". We do everything possible to ship items out quickly. With the amount of volume we are handling, that sometimes is not possible as was stated in the terms prior to the auction. After consulting with the Shipping Coordinator, it looks like she has you all set up.

We've had in house shipping for years. As you have experienced, the shipping part of what we do has become unmanageable. We decided to stick with what we know-auctioning antiques; therefore, we have begun outsourcing to the local UPS store who we have worked closely for eight years. We are currently working out the bugs and look forward to you having seamless transactions with us in the future.

Thank you for this constructive advice. Under normal circumstances our shipping take a few weeks. This was a large auction and part of our shipping team has been absent. We understand our buyers are anxious to get their items and are working to better this process.
