This auction house has some unique and high quality items. They also provide very reasonable shipping which has gotten harder to find with many auction houses.

Everything arrived safely packed and just as described. It took a little while for the items to be shipped, but when I contacted the company about this, they got everything shipped out shortly afterward. Overall, I am very happy with my experience with Jeffery S. Evans & Associates!

I do not like to send bad reviews, people make mistakes but this is my first. Sad to say it has been (4) weeks since I paid for the item. No one has contacted me about shipping after I have sent (3) emails, and one phone call. When I purchased the item there was no statement stating that I had to take care of shipping as it was with larger items, and I asked in one of the emails that question, no one responded. I do not know if I will ever get my item.

From invoice to delivery, it was a perfect experience. The photography is outstanding as well.

"Because of our large auctions it can sometimes take a little longer than usual to get the items to you." Five weeks to ship an item is aggressively slow. If you can't handle shipping, don't offer in-house shipping as it seems that most of your negative reviews reference shipping issues. Or don't have such large auctions and then maybe your shipping department can ship items in a timely, organized and financially appropriate manner. In-house shipping at Jeffrey S. Evans and Associates is to customer service what leeches are to fish. In the end, I used a third-party shipper which was suggested by the shipping department at Jeffrey S. Evans and Associates, and received the item within three days once they picked it up.

The pictures and description were accurate. In house shipping was timely and items were carefully packed so that they would not be damaged.

What a pleasant experience to discover this auction house! I found it a thoroughly professional operation: detailed, accurate listings that gave me a clear idea about the items, a well paced auction with a fine live feed, and a smooth payment process. The in-house packing was exemplary-double boxed, each item with ample bubble wrap and stabilized with paper wadding so that nothing was distressed in transit. I will happily participate in future auctions.

The auction was enjoyable, and the payment process and shipping process ran very smoothly. The item descriptions were detailed and accurate, and the photographs were good. Shipping and packaging costs were very reasonable, and the items were all packed extremely well. My experience has shown me that in-house shipping is much easier and quicker and more economical for me, as a purchaser, than third-party shipping, most of the time, and that proved to be the case with this JSE & A purchase. I'm thrilled with the items, and they are exactly as described and photographed. I'm looking forward to their next auction.
