Very well-run entity-I thoroughly enjoy bidding on items at their auctions.

The auction house itself is good. As with many other auction houses though, their shipping contacts leave something to be desired.

My experience with your company was excellent but I most likely will never come back. It’s my personal opinion that the shipping companies in your area are price gouging out of state buyers. I ship close to a 100 Chandeliers a year so I pretty knowledgeable on shipping prices so I know when I’m getting taken advantage of. I would like to make future purchases with your company but just can’t afford the shippers in your area. Ron

I think the auctioneer should offer other alternative then to work with UPS due to the price charge for shipping.

I think that if the auction house indicated an original or indicated paints signed by the artist, has to be more specific and provide corresponding certificate

I live in Europe. We pay winnings much easier. I pay once for all Lot + auctioneer + shipment. And never care about the delivery. I think delivery is an auction problem because the auction gets a very good percentage. auction services in Europe cheaper, very quickly respond to letters. Liveauctioners is a very expensive and complicated auction + expensive delivery + 25 % customs payments. William J.
