Internet is slow, on their end. Missed a couple of items over two auctions. I have also gone in person and saw the struggle with lost connectivity. Not the end of the world but frustrating

This transaction was easy to deal with. Glad you are taking surveys to weed out bad apples.

Survey completed before the item was packed and ship by another vendor. Hoping that phase of the transaction goes well too. That is why the neutral responses above.

Many times items are not properly described. Imperfections are often not noted in the description and only by holding the item and inspecting for yourself will you see it. Recommend never bidding w/o inspecting at auction.

The staff at William Jenack Auctioneers were very courteous, helpful, and kind. Also, "Track 7" (the shipping company recommended by them at my request) did an excellent job. My item arrived as described, very carefully wrapped, on schedule, and in perfect condition. My compliments to all involved!

Companies which encourage outs-side area bidders should be more helpful with after-auction shipping. I'll think more than twice about ever using this auction again.

Item was not correctly described. Item was non functional. Employees were rude when I picked up merchandise and had an unpleasant attitude.

This auction most worst experience, they sell just Fake and Replica, when you try to refund the item for a refund they just arguing on the phone and refuse to take back the ********** what they sell.

It was a smooth, easy transaction with good communication. Can't think of anything (reasonable) to make it any better.

Found out too late that the premium was higher than I willingly pay. On the catalog page the premium was listed as 0 %. Shipping cost was extremely high. I will not be bidding with Janack again.

Have bid on items a number of times over the years with Jenack and have never had an issue. Always quality items with good service
