they gave out shipping information which I have attempted to contact the shipper with no response, then I used their phone number to try to call them and the number is no longer working. I fear I have been ripped off since no one will contact me, and I don't want to have to pay their $25.00 weekly "Storage Fee" due to the fact that no one will contact me for shipping

I just wish they had in-house shipping for smaller items. Aside from that the staff was really helpful helping me arrange shipping and I'm very happy with my purchase.

Big crack on the truck did not shown on pictures until won the auction and pick up and see the problem. Requested condition report before auction but never receive it.

On June 17th, I bought and paid for a painting. The painting is not here yet. The shipping company of William J. Jenack Auctioneers has no time to send. That is very strange and not common.

the item-a vintage carved walking stick-arrived in 4 pieces, the shipper the auction house recommended did the worst packing possible-one thin sheet of bubble wrap and no peanuts nor any type of packing material-they were either cheap or stupid-and even overcharged-i collect canes and normal shipping is under $20-the shipper charged over $40. now i am trying to get a refund but i get no response from the shipper and the auctioneer keeps suggesting i deal with the shipper-very bad experience

They would not ship a photograph. Required me to provide my own shipper that wants to charge me over $30 to ship an 8x10 photograph. Outrageous!

There was significant damage on one of the items and lesser damage on the other that was not disclosed in the description or shown in the pictures. Pictures were taken to purposefully hide the damage.
