As usual with these Liveauctioneers, they describe their items as minimally as possible, leaving out imperfections including breaks and repairs. They will usually clarify this ONLY if you email them to explicitly ask. All items purchased via Liveauctioneers are on an as-is basis and they word their terms as such.

Good auction house correct information about shipping is headache I will not bid again

Simply the worst experience I have had following my experience of over 1000 action purchases. 1. No dimensions in descr the called and provided wrong dimensions. 2. No response to my emails. Claimed they were not receiving them... then found 'only one' 3. Sent pick delivery parties for pickup. They made 4 attempts in all to pickup. Puzzled as to why they were not picking up... First time they said they had recd not authorizion by me authorizing release item... which was waiting in their email Second time they said item was not ready Third time they were not willing to fill in the ship to info on the airbill Fourth time because of misinformation of size delivery company did not have correct box size They said flat out I needed to use their recommended shippers which cost me $125 vs $18. The item was $35. Dee, their shipping manager was the cause of all of this and was condescending and completely uncooperative

This is an excellent auction house. Friendly staff, extremely helpful and quick at pick up. When you arrive to pick up all of your items are already grouped and ready to go. There is dedicated staff to help load. Very happy with Jenack Auction.

You should be at least able to arrange a pick-up by FedEx so we don't need to pay excessive shipping costs through TNT/UPS.

I had the winning bid on this radio ($40). The shipping company provided me a quote of $188. I have purchased two other radios of this size and weight and paid about $60 for shipping! After I paid for the radio I emailed the auctioneer and told them because of the shipping quote, they could just keep the radio.

Helpful, friendly people. I have no hesitation in recommending Jenack's.

Excellent auction house

I have received my shipment undamaged! as an overseas buyer I felt quite concerned about the two week requirement to pick up my item. However, the UPS people who were recommended did everything right! Very happy with being allowed into the auction. It was actually my first!

Shipping was done by a second party, so part of the payment was for them to box it up. It was about $35 for a $50 item. If the shipping arrangement was posted I had missed it...

My purchase was a little over $30. I was told after the auction that shipping would be over $40. I think you should indicate what the shipping cost will be before auction starts like eBay does. Who would pay $40 for a $30 item? Ridiculous

As it was my first experience with an online auction, made some phone calls before and after. My questions were answered promptly by very knowledgeable people. have total trust in this auction house and will keep watching them.

The description was inaccurate. Every piece was cracked EXCEPT for the one they identified as having issues. This is the 3rd time (and last) that this has happened. If I can't physically examine before the auction, I won't bid, no matter how tempting the item. Three strikes and I'm out. Also, Jenack used to be very reliable and trustworthy-not sure what has happened in last year.
