Accurate descriptions, fast shipping, professional

I was late on a payment due to unforseen damages and problems during a snowstorm this year, they worked with me and handled it fairly despite not having to towards me. The shipping was steps above other auction houses, cheap for two rifles, and they were packaged like they were shipping gold and not two beat up sporter rifles. I would absolutely recommend them.

I didn’t received a tracking number but got notified through UPS app about delivery of the gun to my FFL. So I was surprised it was shipped only 3 days after auction although the terms mentioned up to 14 days. So it was very nice surprise and kudos to the auction house to expedite the purchase with hundreds of lots to be shipped. Very happy with everything. Even got answer to my question during the auction which never happened with other auction houses before ….

Parts missing. Can’t attach scopes because of that issue. Even small details matter.

Living in Alaska, the cost of the shipping and the care of the packing job is a big factor in deciding which auction house I choose. Their description was also very knowledgeable. Centurian is at the top of my list.

Requesting approval to participate in the auction was very easy. I bid online based on the excellent pictures and verbal description of the item. I had the option of bidding live, but decided I had bid the maximum amount that the item was worth. As it turned out, I won the item. I quickly received an invoice and payment was conveniently done by credit card. I was extremely pleased with the entire experience. The item was quickly shipped and was exactly as I had expected from the description. I would recommend Centurion Auctions to anyone looking for rare and unique items that would otherwise be very difficult to find.

Overall, I was and am very pleased with Centurion. The gun I won in their auction throughLiveauctioneers.com was exactly as pictured and described. I feel as though they're shipping time is slow in this Amazon prime Time, but in fairness it was well within their published shipping times. Also, they accidentally overcharged the shipping charge, but promptly refunded the overage. They are easy to get ahold of, which is rare these days, and I believe do want their customers happy. Overall, I am very pleased, and recommend them to potential bidders who have not dealt with them before. Five star overall rating! I will not hesitate to bid on their items in the future.
