Once again I was pleased with my purchase, I went to collect the piece personally, the attention was excellent and they packed the piece for me so that it would not be damaged on the way. I will do business with them again.

I purchased an art piece that was advertised with the description as a WOODCUT and paid $1, 802.75, yet, when I received and opened the package, it wasn’t too difficult to see that the art piece was merely a cardboard print, with a embossed stamp by a company call Harris Graphics, Co.. It was a mass produced REPRODUCTION print, with most likely a worthless value or at best $10.00.. Point being, the embossed stamp (located in the image on the front side), was pretty evident at first in-person glance. But could not be seen in the pictures posted online. Nor, was it mentioned in the description. Naturally, when an auction house is listing an piece of art with a $3, 000.-$4, 000. estimate, they should be exactly sure of what they are advertising/selling. And any excuse otherwise is not acceptable. Needless to say, I felt extremely mislead and disappointed. The matter is now in the hands of my bank and the auction house.

No merchandise, no communication and lame excuses. Calling my credit card co. I hope I can get my money back.

Coral Gables Auction is an excellent auction service. Accurate and honest item descriptions, well managed auction process and first rate handling payments and shipping was very quick, reasonably priced and secure.

Most people write to complain, but I'm writing to say what a good experience doing business with this auction house was. Also a shout out to Ship1, who shipped the package at a very reasonable price. I had stopped buying items from so far away, but they restored my faith in this auction site.

This has been my first experience buying online on this platform (liveauctioneers) and I must say that it has been super good, before betting on this piece I asked for extra photos to see the condition and they sent me the photos super fast. After the payment process was super easy since they sent me the invoice and I was able to pay right there, then they quoted me the shipping and the price was excellent, I already received my piece in perfect condition since the packaging was very professional.

Purchased lot at Jan 31 2022 Paid Prompt, Lot not received, sent many e-mails and contacted them by phone many times, never a respond. They have my money and don't care about me. I would not recommend them. I will file with the Better Business Bureau.

I won an item in a CGA aution. I had a few questions on payment and picking up piece. I e-mailed them at 10:00 PM, thinking I would get a reply in the morning. Instead, Lianni replied immediately!! She answered all my questions, and arranged for a mutually convenient time to pick up and pay through Zelle. Lianni made the whole experience seamless. Would highly recommend this auction house.

I bought a watercolor at their Feb. 27th auction, and paid for it through LiveAuctioneers on March 4th. I've been trying ever since-persistently-to contact them and get responses (a) first, about getting them to ship it, (b) second, when they finally said they don't ship, just to get the dimensions (which were not shown as framed) for the nearby UPS store, and then (c) just to get them to tell the UPS store theirs hours for pick-up. First, their outgoing voice mail message said they would be out until mid-March, Since then, the auction house's voice mail is usually too packed to leave a message, they have scant and mysterious hours, they only work a few weekdays, they say that they'll go to the warehouse next week to get the dimensions, etc., etc., etc. And-they won't refund the money even though it's been nine (9) weeks since I paid for the lot. And now their yahoo email account is blocked, so good luck ever getting a response. They are the absolute worst with whom I've dealt after years of Internet auction purchases.

Shipping and handling were excellent and incredibly reasonably priced; probably less than an outside contactor would have charged.

They have beautiful pieces, the girl who answers the phone is super attentive, I picked up the pieces and they took care of packing them well so they wouldn't get damaged

This is the second porcelain box I have bought with this auction house and the experience is going to be very good again. Very good shipping, the box arrived in perfect condition. They do not send any piece without insurance and also for security they also send it with a signature required to receive it.

Paid over 30 days ago and sent shipping fees via PayPal and never received my item. These are scam artists.
