It took 82 days to receive my piece. I had no response to emails or telephone calls to my inquiries and they ignored several calls from LiveAuctioneers, who interceded on my behalf. If you absolutely need something they are auctioning be certain to pay by credit card. No matter how you pay they add a charge. It is a little higher for a credit card over ACH payments but at least you have recourse if they don't deliver. I was sure I was out almost $3000 because I paid ACH. Once the cash is withdrawn your recourse is small claims court. Care to go to Florida for this? Forewarned is forearmed! This may be the worst company I have ever done business with.

The actual auction was ok. Invoice sent within 24hrs and was paid. Contacted auction house concerning shipping. After 3 failed promises to receive a shipping quote from there office over a week. I felt like I was ripped off. Finally received shipping quotes, both were cents apart. The poor communication with this auction house, and what I feel is shady shipping. Will never buy here again. Buyer beware!!! Finally received painting after 3/4 weeks.

Excellent customer service, they have shipping companies that we can use but the auction house also does the shipping as long as they are here in the United States.

This impressionist painting is a beauty, in the photos it looks super good but when I received it it looks better. I am very satisfied with the entire process from the beginning to the end, the payment is made without problems and the shipment as well.

Excellent Shipping and great customer service

This was an Irving Ramsey Wiles watercolor. It was a great an seamless transaction except when it came to the shipping. The price they quoted for in-house shipping seemed high. When I called one of the UPS stores they recommended, the shipping was about the same as they had quoted. When I contacted another UPS store that was not on their list, their quote was $75 less including pickup. I arranged for pickup with the second UPS store only to be told a few hours later that the shipping cost had mysteriously gone up $75. Anyway that's all by-the-by. It is a great and authentic item and I would have no hesitation purchasing from them again. I would seek other shippers though.

These pieces that I bought are old and they have kept them in perfect condition, the description of this item is perfect, I contacted them to ask for information about the condition report of the piece and they answered me right away. They just opened a new store in Coral Gables FL and I personally went to pick up my piece and was delighted with the wonderful pieces they have in the store. They only attend appointments so they always recommend calling 24 hours in advance so that they can attend them, they are taking this measure for the whole situation we are having with Covid. I was attended by the owner of the auction house and his assistant (Lianni), both excellent people.

Following the sale, to make arrangements for shipping, I sent 5 msgs to them and 4 VM's w/o a response for over a week! Complaining to Live auctioneers I did finally get a response but then had to wait again for their "in house quote" which I as absurd. UPS store quote was $100 less than theirs. Since auction houses are so demanding on getting payment, I'd expect SOME kind of response in a timely manner! If you buy from them expect a bumpy ride! Of course after the fact when I was looking through their reviews, it seems to be a recurring issue! Beware!
