Excellent customer service. They have varieties of prices and great variety of merchandise. The shipping services provided by the auction house are reasonable but they also have shipping companies that allow customers to compare prices.

Great staff and fast shipper.

Shipping Issues
Did not send list of shippers but said they would ship themselves. Quoted me price 3x's higher than it should have been. Found another shipper on my own, but it took couple of weeks for the auction house to release my items to them.

Dishonest
Sold be a stone box that was described as in good condition but when I got it it was clearly smashed and glued together. They didn't even bother to reply to my complaint. Avoid!

Although it took several calls to the Auction House and the Shipper I was assured all was fine!
There was an extra step of calling back the Action house or emailing to let them know who would be picking up my item once I secured the name of a shipper! But after that all went smoothly!

Quality of the item
I puchased a Sevres French Clock a few months ago. Every part of the process was smooth, from registration, bidding, payment, and shipping. Since the item was both heavy and fragile, packing and shipping was important and was very well handled. But the quality and appearance of the clock and garnitures was even better than the pictures.
