The customer service is great, sometimes I ask questions about the condition report of a specific piece and they answer it right away. Without asking it, they send me extra photos so that I can better see the condition of the pieces, I have made several purchases in this auction house and I have always had a very good experience. Fast shipping service and they do not skimp on materials.

The work of this auction house is great, the photos are perfect, and the descriptions are excellent. The shipping service is super easy and fast. The payment options are varied and affordable. I recommend 1000 % this company.

Disappointed. Won item on May 16th, today is Jun 6th, still don thave the item. Paid immediately, requested shipping cost right away because there was no 3rd party logistics company mentioned. Every day they were sending me emails saying today they will give me shipping quotation. After 10 days I asked Live Auctioneers to step in and either to provide me shipping quote or 3 party shopper. Finally they did, after that it took me another week to pick up because they were not available. To make it short after 3 weeks of purchasing the item, I still don have it. Suggestions: 1. Hire more people to quote and arrange shipping if you want to deal with it. 2. Provide 3 party logistics companies on your listing, so that you dont have to deal with it. In any case such a delay is not acceptable.

The items I won were in better condition than I had anticipated, the payment process was smooth & easy, and. the time it took to receive my beloved pieces was negligible. The items were almost lovingly packaged to withstand any shipping maladies, which goes a long way to show just how much they care about their wares even after the auction ends.

Excellent Description of Items and Customer care They do an excellent job at taking detailed pictures of each item and if there is a damage they tell you in the description and in the photos. Their shipping is quick and accurate. I will buy again from them.

They sent the picture to the wrong address In spite of my twice sending them instructions where it should go. Never responded to phone calls.

Great product great price for after sale not so good. Bought a simple cigarette case used in-house shipping that cost $30 for a cigarette case that could have been sent in a small Priority Flat Rate box for $8 plus a fee to put it in the box but no $30 to send a cigarette case. My mistake I should have gotten quotes from UPS Stores and not just went ahead with the in house shipping.
