Excellent Auction House-the shipping company did a great job packaging my fragile lamp

They refuse to cooperate with the shipping process. I live outside the United states of America. Stephensons dont package items and not only that, but they didnt respond at all when I asked them for their shipper to package it and send it to DHL. I live in Sout-eastern Europe and have no idea what to do to get my sword since they are ignoring me very rudely. I would never make business again with such rude rednecks and I advice everyone on my side of the Atlantic to do the same

Shipping charges are ridiculous. I paid $100 for one box! The cost of the firearm was $190! The shipping company you use is greedy. When I contacted them they told me: "it is what it is" Never buying again from this auction house.

Great place to do business with. The jewelry was exceptionally beautiful and well described.

very hard to get answers to questions shipping was by 3rd party, which shipper. Shipper never sent e-mail upon shipment Shipper did a Great job of wrapping, before shipment I will ask more questions if they have another toy auction, and not bid without answers!!

I did not know I had to give confirmation to the auction house to release the item to the shipper. Would have speed up things if I knew.

They were exactly what I like in an online auction house. * Good brief but accurate descriptions which state the facts not sales patter or opinion. * Prompt replies to inquiries, even though the information was actually in the invoice but I overlooked it. * A good selection of photographs so that I could judge the condition for myself.

The auction house said that the only problem was that the gumball machine was missing a lock, there was more wrong with the gumball machine, The coin mechanism was dysfunctional, I had to sell it for parts because of the amount of work that still needed to be done on it.
