Multiple painted metal items were left loose in original box. Result was broken parts and paint loss, making some items worthless. Individual wrapping of items would have prevented any problems. Probably 5 minutes work at most. Can't understand why this would not be obvious to an experienced auction house

Item as described and the automated shipping texts were easy. The charges were very reasonable compared to quite a few other auction houses. I would (and do) continue using them

Fair process, everything was as presented.

In all the auctions I've seen and bid on, I've never seen one where the item depicted in the lead picture is not the one available, i. e., is quite different, and not available elsewhere either. I'm quite sure it was unintended, as Kraft seems like a good company with nice, helpful people. They also apologized for the error, and the auctioneer did announce it at the time the items were actually up for bid. However, that type of error should not occur. That said, the one item I did bid on, which was by the same artist and was properly represented, is terrific, and I am very pleased with it. Also, Kraft referred me to an independent shipper, Bobby, who was very reasonably priced, responsive to questions, and delivered quickly and safely.
