Their shipping was in house FAST and VERY reasonable which you never see with others!!!!!!!!

Morphy auctions misrepresented the condition of the jukebox we purchased. Legal action is being considered.

They're the best. Very detailed and accurate descriptions and photos. Extremely friendly and helpful at working through any questions. (Need faster shipping from Las Vegas, though.)

No notification about payment received or lot being shipped.

Still waiting for the item to be shipped. Made payment as soon a invoice was received and still no otem has been shipped. I have purchased before from live auctions and was very satisfied. Will reconsider future purchases. If I had know the process would take this long from this auction house. I would not of bid.

Worst transaction ever

I still haven't received my items. Excuses don't cover the issues I have had with them. Poor shipping, poor customer service and slow followup.

The item I purchased is historic and was supposed to come with a historic box. I did not receive the box, which devalues it. I called and they came back with a canned answer on their shipping process as to a solution on what can be done to locate the missing box. I still have not heard back from them on a resolution after repeated calls.

The staff was very knowledgeable and very polite

in the end good experience.

Can't rate shipping.... yet. But, the best auction house (and I deal with many) that I've done business with.

I have yet to receive the item so unfortunately I cannot accurately attest to some of the questions. I also have not received any shipping confirmation as of today.

I won a lot but the auction clerk made a mistake and gave it to another bidder. I have still not received my mdse. After numerous attempts with email and telephone to Audry to get status. Items were paid in full the day I was invoiced

yes. The item I bid on and won was not what was implied by its placement in the other items in the sequence, i. e. a Lionel Postwar train engine vs. a non-Lionel Postwar train engine. Worse, I was talked down to by the woman who got 'lawyerly' with me and explained in a superior way the ad didn't SAY it was not true postwar, so I had no case. The description in fact didn't say what era it was, but was sequenced with other items that were true Postwar, the implication that it was, to me anyway. Anyway, how this was all handled suggests Morphy is really no better or trustworthy than any other online auction. I thought they were. Lucky me. Thanks, Joe Mt. Airy, MD [ 28 yr. Missing item in shipment. Getting run around from Morphy's. Was told two times would receive return call, never happened.

Shipping was bit expensive, considering the size of the object.

this is a serious, experienced auction house of the type live auctioneers should work hard to be part of (as opposed to others that are poseurs or outright scams). keep these surveys coming!! all of your clients are not operating at this level. regards, bill, (40 years of auction experience)
