This does not necessarily pertain to this house as much as the web live auctions. I think bidders would like to see more pictures of the rings on an actual finger to Gage the size. That would really help with me bidding more for a particular ring.

Auction November 18th, 2017 Lot 111267 Bradley & Hubbard Slag Glass Lamp Invoice # ********** via liveauctioneers 11/18/2017, payed via PayPal 11/19/2017, no confirmation of DuMouchelle The UPS STORE, Mr. Devyani P Bhatt, in charge for shipping, my order 11/22/2017 I authorized the UPS Store (Mr Devyani P Bhatt) in Downtown Detroit for shipping. As he wrote he went to Dumouchelle to pick up the item (lot 111267) on November 28th or just before. But he found out that it was already picked up by another shipper. I did not charged another shipper to pick up the item and to ship it to Switzerland. What happened? I asked DuMouchelle to inform me. But I did not get any information of DuMouchelle and I did not get my item up to now. Where is the item now? What should I do now? Thank you. Your recommendation of Pack-mail (Doug & the other guy) was a bust. I still (after almost 3 weeks don't know whether they've picked up the items. They don't return my voice-mails. You might consider taking them off your recommendation list. I relied on your recommendation and looks like I may never get my items. I would have been very satisfied were it not for those clowns.

The auction house kept asking me to chooose a shipper I kept replying hat I had chose a shipper. I even received one reply from the auction house in all caps. This was my first experience with them and it did not leave a very good impression. I emailed someone at live auctions regarding my experience he asked for more detailed which I supplied and never received a response from him either. Overall it was a horrible experience.

My experience with the auction house was excellent, however I have had a negative experience with liveauctioneers for two auctions in a row. In two cases I was not as a bidder given time to submit another bid when the option was offered to me. This is very frustrating and does not seem how the system should work.

They should be required to give full disclosure descriptions of any damage or repairs.

I have been buying from DuMou's (vialiveauctioneers.com for more than five years. I have found them to be a superb auction house (one of the few that still mails beautiful catalogs monthly). A few of the shipping companies in the area, however, are less than proficient at packing fragile items.

I had no problem with you. The shipper that I chose to use who was on your list-Pakmail michigan-obviously did not know how to package these fragile Boehm figurines, even though I discussed my concerns with him, and now they are broken. I am really distressed because they cannot be repaired and were limited edition pieces. I would not recommend them for this kind of shipping in the future.

Dumouchelle's is a class act all the way! The best.

The pair of earrings that I purchased, I had requested the approx. carat weight of the Diamonds and was told they were 2.50 carats. With that information in hand, I placed my bid. After taking them to my jeweler, I found that they were only 1.50 carats ~ a full carat less than I had been told. Unfortunately, due to my disability I was unable to have them appraised until after their 10-day return policy.

Excessively high buyer premium is pushing me out of the auction scene. DeMuchelles 'people are pleasant to deal with.

Full leather with Riviere binding, raised bands with gilt decorated panels, numerous plates, hand colored. one plate colored though not by hand description leads one to believe that there are numerous hand colored plates

These people are on the ball. Everything was businesslike and well understood.
