Kamelot schedules auctions out as far as six months. The March, April, May and June sales have been slated since January, months before COVID hit the US. By halting pickups, we are simply trying to protect our employees, their families and of course, the general public. It is unfortunate you find it disappointing that we are taking measures to help stop the spread of this pandemic. We are working closely with our shippers to strategize contact-free pickups. We plan to slowly resume pickups as soon as next Monday, April 27th. Thank you.

Always accessible and responsive
Kamelot is one of the only auction houses I am dealing with during the Covid-19 pandemic that is offering free storage of all items purchased. To be fair, there are others, but on top of the previously mentioned service, Kamelot and their employees have always been there to answer the phones, emails, and questions I have had, as well as reach out to other people on my behalf in search of items. During these unprecedented times, it is comforting to have a place of business still servicing their clients as close to the way things used to be.

As you can see from the many other buyers 'feedback we have recieved, Kamelot takes the utmost pride in both our descriptions and our photos in order to provide the most accurate representation of all our mechandise. By agreeing to bid with LiveAuctioneers you are agreeing to both their policies as well as the auction house's. This includes the understanding that all antiques possess innate condition issues-as do all items with use and age. Antique auction buyers, especially those with particular questions about the condition of an item, generally request a condition report and/or additional photos. Furthermore, for any customer with complaints and/or concerns, the most effective method of resolution is to reach out to Kamelot directly rather than through a feedback review. According to the many photographs in the lot description along with the details provided by our furniture specialist, these chairs were in very good antique condition upon leaving our gallery. The notion that we would intentionally mislead our buyers is both erroneous and inapt. Our buyers are the foundation of our business and we strive to make every experience a pleasant and positive one. As I have previously stated, the chairs left our gallery in very good condition-perhaps the condition issues youve noted were incurred during transit. I would be happy to discuss this matter futher over email or phone if you feel that to be necessary.

Payment
I've always paid with a credit card at other auctions without a 3 % service fee assessed. I don't know why this auction house had to be different. Plus, a sales tax is added for first time buyers. This was my first time purchasing from Kamelot Auctions, and my last.

Hello, sales tax is only applied to first time buyers as our system defaults to sales tax when creating a new buyer account. If you had your item shipped you are exempt from sales tax and we are more than happy to refund you that amount. I will reach out to you personally to confirm your mailing address for the sales tax refund. I understand service fees for credit card transactions can be frustrating however, that is why we offer several other methods of payment that incur zero fees such as physical check or eCheck.

Very pleasant experience
The auction house was helpful, cordial, and professional in their handling of all aspects of the transaction, including shipping recommendations. it was a very large piece of furniture, and everything was very well coordinated.

Excellent quality; easy to work with

Amazing door!!!
I was looking for a door to be the entrance to my "speakeasy" basement bar and found this beauty. Pics were exactly as it appears and they were very helpful in advising about the difference between the door and the transom and the heights accordingly. A great experience!
