The staff is very unhelpful and to be honest outright nasty. Not professional at all.

I emailed them my approved shipper per their instructions. However, they gave my shipper a hard time about picking up my items because they didn't see the email apparently. It took 3 phone calls between my shipper and me to get a silly release to ship my items. They seemed very disorganized.

I'd taken this survey once just before there was an odd incident, one which will affect my dealing with Kamelot probably in the future; so, you might wish to note it, with that auction house: Two of the five items I had bid on@ Nov 21, 2015 auction showed during the auction [ live ] that they sold for the next highest increment from my bid; the next morning I was sent a receipt for one, so it went to me at my lower bid. Immediately thereafter Kamelot offered the unsold lots in a mass email-my missed one@ the starting price of $300. I responded via email with my offer; later that morning they amended the email listing of the unsold with a $450 price. I, again, emailed noting my earlier offer at the lower posted price (they make sure they say the prices are non-negotiable). Raising the price [ I think only for my lot ] is not nice BUT what leaves the unpleasant taste is that this was a companion lot, they called it 'ensuite': I had gotten the settee, these were the matching chairs which I would want, and which they [ probably ] assumed I would pay any additional amount for-they figured they'd got me! It's not ideal when items are auctioned separately but, usually, when winning one of associated lots, the auction house (while not wanting to loose money) would like the bidder who has part of a group to have the remainder, and go away with good thoughts about that company. Those chairs were clearly listed [ in the post-auction ]@ $300 for all to see; I'm afraid my feeling is that when they realized there was interest, they increased the price (and I think it's fairly clear they were not sold [ as noted during the auction ] to the public, but 'bought in' by the house). When I picked up, I mentioned to the girls in person, but was ignored. You know, we bidders bid, sometimes on the houses 'sites, or with you or Live: I purchased $500 + from Kamelot at this auction, I guess that wasn't enough for them; if I bought the extra $300's worth they'd want $150 more? It's not illo

UPS Store the auction house recommended was very slow to respond to requests for quotes, and shipping took much longer than with most auction houses. Not an issue with the auctioneer, but they should evaluate their shipping recommendations.

Enormous difficulty receiving an invoice and great challenges transferring payment since they do not except credit cards and will only except cash, checks, or electronic transfer.

They required a wire transfer and then charged me tax when I am out of state. Now I have to wait for them to send a check for the $340.00 owed back me. If they are going to require wire transfers then their accounting department should invoice correctly.
