Keep up the great service!

The overall quality of the items being offered is Trash! No effort on the part of the auction house to control quality. This is the worst auction site in operation. They continue to allow junk, reproduction and blatantly phony items to be offered.

Packing was poor on the item. Box coming apart at delivery with no cushioning of piece.

I truly appreciate truly reasonably priced in-house shipping and the fact that they post that in each listing. I also appreciate how much information is provided for each piece.

I intend to return one, if not both pieces I purchased thru the auction. I have been awaiting return shipping instructions for over one week. No response as yet. You are only as good as those sellers that you represent.

As a professional photographer, you should pay more to get better photos of your items. The angles could be better and the lighting could be improved.

Was notified that item was shipped, with a three to five day delivery date. Almost a month later and still have not received item.

There was one auction about 6 weeks ago where I won several lots and asked for combined shipping and I didn’t receive my invoice from the auction house thru email within the expected time frame... 1 to 3 days... so when I didn’t get an invoice after 7 days I had my bidding revoked until payment was received... I advised that i had been looking for the invoice everyday and had never received it.... it took a while to resolve this issue... I don’t blame Jasper 52 but I was surprised that happened

For the pictures I would like a size reference and either Centimeters or just using somebody’s finger so I can actually see the stones. I primarily have been buying gems And sometimes the size does not really fit with what I receive but that is not the auction house fault I believe. Also the shipping is unreal as far as cost is concerned
