This Auction House gets "Straight A's" from a very satisfied and appreciative bidder on 9/28/16.

They were the easiest auction house I have dealt with, no hassle with payment or shipping every thing was handled efficiently. I wish I could say the same about some of the other auction houses. The payment and shipping arrangements often are not great.

Wrong print sent and print with more damage than shown or described. I was expected to wrap and ship mistaken print. Jasper 52 very helpful with poorly labeled print

The problem was that the clasp wouldn't open and I had to bring it to a jeweler to be fixed. The description did not mention that it was impossible to open it. But the auction house did everything right except confirm the clasp worked.

I bid and won two items that were shipped to me as one shipment, yet I was charged for shipping for the items twice (as if for separate shipments). When I contacted the auction house, I was told that they cannot do anything in this regard. I think that is quite unfair.

The payment email address was not very clear but the auction house was very helpful getting me the correct information and taking care of me..

All went most professionally.

If there is a dispute, why can not the info given by the auction house suggesting all is clear sent by auction house to bidder be used to end it.. Great sight though

Shipping costs extremely high.

The quality of the Mikimoto pearls were inferior. I am not happy with them. For what I got, they were overpriced.

Jasper52 is NOT a trustworthy company. I bought 12 items in a single auction from JASPER52, received them, opened my received boxes 2 weeks after reception, found 10 items perfect BUT found 2 items broken, sent pictures and claim for refund to JASPER52 and was denied the refund. I have all correspondance emails with them. I would like you to act and get me my refund. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Regards.

They were the best auction house I have had dealings with, the least difficult for payment and for shipping. If the same items were being auctioned at other sites I would be more inclined to bid on the item at this auction house.

Even on small value sales, the query engagement was excellent.
