VERY slow receipt of purchases. The limited time to report concerns is a problem. need to send stones to an appraiser in Canada. The time to report an issue is far too short for this to happen.

The shipping, for 1 piece of paper, was $25. The ship for 3 was $75, but they were put together in the same package, and the label said it was $22 including insurance. Seems like after paying the auction, and 25 % fees, we shouldn't be getting gouged on shipping. Not cool.

Shipping is quite expensive.... i purchased two 8x10 prints and paid double shiping charges....

I never received my items and the tracking numbers don ‚ Ä ô t work. So, this feels like a scam.

Though payment was processed, I still don't have my items two weeks later.

Any problems were created by me as I had to travel unexpectedly and the bank rejected my credit card due to some unusual expenses recently. I definitely hope to do business with them again. I love auctions.

I have enjoyed myself-a great experience withs auction house.

The auction is not as responsive to questions as I would have hoped, Auction house acts as a 3rd party for vendors and or merchants usually overseas, that lengthens the delivery process even longer than necessary

I love Jasper52 auctions. Interesting auction topics and auctions are not too large. Often shipping is offered so that saves a lot of hassle. Also, they often offer unsold lots after auction closes. Great auction house.....

I wrote you to inform you that the print of Lajas Dorado Puerto Rico was factually incorrect. It was a readily available print (Map and Maps, $27) of a volcano in Nicaragua. I did not hear your response. Dr. W.

When multiple lots are shipped together, they can be a little expensive since every lot has a set ship price but you should be able to save a bit when shipping together.

Jasper auction was pretty good

In my opinion, some starting bids and reserve prices are a bit too high.

I have not recived non of the things that i bought. Plese help me out with the shipping process.

It took me a while to get used to how I could pay for my won items, but once I saw how to do it, it was easy. I was glad of the followup on an occasional item which I did not receive.

Over all, Jasper 52 has been a great auction house to deal with and i have full trust that they will help resolve issues that pop up from time to time with auctions-mis-descriptions, slow responses to issues of other sellers they represent and other issues. A problem of late seems to be lots that become 'unavailable' AFTER the sale has occurred (which I have had occur several times of late and is very frustrating but items never seem to 'reappear' once they seem to get mislisted or sold early or something-makes a buyer truly feel an excuse has been made by a seller that is unhappy with the sale price) Jasper 52 is good to deal with and I have gone through many sales with them.

Excellent communication with customer service representatives especially, Cherry. She has been very helpful and responsive when I have needed help. She has resolved every issue I have encountered.
