Military document concerning Maestricht and Namur. There is a signed note by Napoleon near the upper left margin; beneath this is a marginal note signed by Louis-Alexandre Berthier (1810-1887) and it is signed at the bottom by Jean François Dejean (1749-1824) the Secretary of War for France at the time.
