You pick a shipper from our list of shippers as posted on our website, as well as on Live Auctioneers, compare quotes, and once you decide on a shipper you let us know, and we do the rest. We are quite transparent that shipping is done by third party shippers only, and to facilitate all bidders we have a page dedicated to various shippers, allowing you to do price comparisons. We highly recommend you get a quote BEFORE you commit to buying so there are no surprises, sadly it appears you did not do this. Now in your case you bought a large African mask, decorated with bullet casings for $37.50, a tricky item to ship, and you are located in Spain. International shipping is not cheap and I'm a bit surprised you would forgo on checking shipping rates an a comparatively large item. You must have been aware we do not pack inhouse as you had to agree to the terms, and our shipping policy is prominently displayed. I certainly sympathize, but honestly, you are holding me responsible because you decided not to bother on international shipping cost before you purchased the item? After that you proceed to tell me about the prices of bubble wrap & shipping & packing cost in Spain, with all due respect, we are in New York, you can't compare the two, I'm sure bubble wrap is cheaper in Spain, but in the end, international shipping rates are not negotiable, I have no control over that. Thank you very much, and as a reminder, get multiple quotes from the shippers on our list, obviously we will work with any shipper you pick. I understand some are slow to respond to emails, I would just go old school and call them instead, but do shop around. Thank you!
