This is one of the few auction houses who will actually ship your purchases in-house! I purchased a vintage rug, that was approximately 8'x12 . They boxed, insured and shipped the rug to me, for under $100! Also, I requested a condition report, and the auctioneer explained exactly what condition the rug was in. When it arrived, I found that his details were accurate. Wonderful experience from this auction house!

Another smooth and easy auction experience with Richard D Hatch & Associates. I find them to be very professional and well organized. I'm pleased with the items I purchased; the descriptions and photos were accurate and detailed. I picked up my purchases (for the second time) and was once again impressed with how clean the gallery and the storage areas are and how organized the items are, which I think is a good indication of the care they take with the items they auction. I'm looking forward to their next auction.

I had a great auction experience with Richard D. Hatch & Associates. They were very easy to work with and most accommodating. Their lot descriptions were accurate, and the photos of the lots were well done and showed good detail of the items, which is important when a bidder is attending the auction via the internet and not physically present at the auction. I live several hours from the auction house, so I took advantage of being able to pick up my purchases and was able to bid on and buy items that would have been too expensive to ship. The auction house itself is quite nice and clean and well organized, and it is apparent that they take good care of the items that they auction. I am pleased with my items and really enjoyed my drive through the NC mountains to pick them up.

Items were as described and shipped promptly and easily.

The items I won were invoiced, paid and shipped very efficiently and packed well. They arrived in perfect condition. Everything looked as good or better in person. I think they err on the side of disclosing flaws which increases my confidence. I'm not totally sure they get all the details nailed down on what a lot really is, but I was able to see enough from the images they sent to make my own determination of what I was getting. I would definitely bid with them again.

I bid and won my auction, paid for the in house shipping, paid my invoice and had the item on my doorstep within a week, all wrapped perfectly (despite the mishandling by the postal service).
