I have been buying from and consigning with Hartzell's for years. They are very good a setting up, running and closing out an auction. Everyone there, especially Ray, John and Jason, are always eager to answer any questions you may have. They make the process very easy and fun. I would recommend Hartzell's to anyone on any level buying or consigning their items. However, make sure you pick your items up from them. I have done that before and have always a pleasant, quick and easy transaction. The past sale I was unable to pick up and used Shipping Saint. The price was astronomical!!! They charged $166 to mail 8 small bottles. They could have taken each bottle, wrapped it INDIVIDUALLY AND MAILED IT TWICE using USPS Priority mail and it would have been cheaper! I have never paid anything close to this to have items mailed to me. I'll know better next time and will pick up my items in person. Take it as a warning only and don't let my shipping experience stop you from bidding at Hartzell's. They are wonderful people and run a top notch auction gallery. My advice is to be there, in person, to bid live and pick up your items then and there or make arrangements, which is very easy, to pick up your items after the sale. DO NOT USE SHIPPING SAINT!!!
