Hartzell's Auction Gallery has been consistently excellent over a multi-year relationship. They provide accurate descriptions, have great photographs, communicate extraordinarily well, have an easy-to-use payment system, and package/ship carefully and promptly. Keep up the great work!

The item was shipped within two days of the auction's end and shipping costs were very reasonable.

There were no pictures of the sides or back of the candy machine that would of shown server damage.

My first successful bid with Hartzell. Bidding system worked as it should from bidding to billing. Personal call took care of the business end of things and the well packed package arrived very quickly. In a few words, everything you could ask for in a quality auction transaction.

Super easy to work with and the item is just as pictured.

While I am happy with my items and their description, the shipping cost ended up being fairly high. I do my fair share of shipping breakables and while everything made it in one piece, it could have been packed more efficiently for less cost. The items came in a box the size of a mini-fridge and cost over $80. There was also an extra "processing fee" of $5 to pay for the items and another processing fee for shipping. Fully aware that some of these fees are mentioned but shipping costs were a mystery until my card was charged.

Item was as described. Shipping was amazing. Can't say enough!

My wife picked up the items that we won for 2 lots. 1 lot was about 10 knives. Later that day I received a call asking if we grabbed the wrong items and almost made to feel like we stole something. I had my wife check the knives compared to the picture from the auction and she noticed that we were actually missing some items. She returned the entire lot so that the lots could be sorted out and the correct items returned. Long story short, we got a refund and no knives. No big loss except time and a little gas. Overall not a good experience for a first time dealing with this auction house. Not as professional as I expected.
