Description
An M 1916 steel helmet in mimicry camouflage paintIron lining ring construction of 1917. The steel with turned edge, stamped on the side of the interior "G. 62." (Gebrüder Gnüchtel A.G., Lauter in Saxony). Approximately 80 % of the camouflage finish preserved with black demarcated fields in ochre, dark brown and green. Three-piece brown liner with leather flaps and pads on the sheet metal retaining band, no padding in the pockets. No chinstrap. The surface abraded, overall in beautiful condition.Condition: II
