Signed endorsement ‘W W Mackall’ in black ink on a 7 x 4.25 in. slip of joined paper cut from a larger document, adding ‘with report’ to the endorsement and his rank ‘Chf Staff’. Shows a vertical fold, somewhat ragged at the edges, otherwise in very good condition overall.
