Scarce partly-printed D.S. as Secretary of State, 1p. 10.5 x 12.75 in. (sight), Washington, June 26, 1848, a passport issued to one 'Henry B. Skinner' setting forth his full physical description and bearing a fine rendering of an eagle at top. Boldly signed, in fine condition. Matted in red and set into a brown beaded wood frame.
