Excessively rare partly-printed D.S. with secretarial signature as President, 1p. sm. folio, Washington, June 30, 1881 - two days before his mortal wounding. A secretary signs a land grant in Garfield's name for a 147 acre parcel in Colorado granted to one Quincy A. Eaton. Fine condition, matted and framed in wood.
